Data processed, purposes and legal bases of the processing

Data generated by access to the Site

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

  3. in the presence of specific consent, for the periodic sending, by e-mail, of newsletters;
  4. in the presence of specific consent, to receive updates on our professional activities or invitations to events/activities organised by Studio Legale Pogliani
  5. in case of sending of curriculum vitae, exclusively for selection purposes.

The legal basis legitimising the processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same. In the cases expressly indicated, the legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject.

Nature of conferment

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the conferment of data

– with respect to the purposes under letters a) and b) is optional, but refusal will make it impossible for Studio Legale Pogliani to proceed with the formulation of the quotation, the fulfilment of the assignment received and tax obligations.

– With respect to the purposes under letters c), d) and e) is also optional and its use is conditional upon the granting of explicit consent. Any refusal will make it impossible for Studio Legale Pogliani to send newsletters or invitations to events and initiatives of Studio Legale Pogliani.

The data controller is Avv. Andrea Giovanni Pogliani, with domicile in Milan, Via Cusani no. 10. The data are also stored at the same domicile.

All material comprising this Site, electronic communications and navigation data are stored on the servers of Studio Legale Pogliani.

Scope of communication and dissemination

In addition to the Data Controller, categories of persons involved in the organization of the Website (administrative staff, collaborators of the Firm, system administrators, if any) who act on behalf of or in the name of Mr. Andrea Giovanni Pogliani, duly appointed as Data Processors and who will process the data in accordance with the purpose for which the data were originally collected, may have access to the data.
