Mr. Andrea Giovanni Pogliani is a Swiss citizen born and raised in Milan, where he obtained his law degree and professional qualification. He practises his profession in Italy, also in connection with foreign legal systems, particularly the Swiss one.
Membership of the Bar: enrolled in the Register of Lawyers at the Milan Bar Council under no. 4200 since 26/11/1992, he is admitted to practice before all Italian Courts and Courts of Appeal.

He has developed a solid experience in the field of contractual advice to individuals and companies and has taken on numerous assignments from national and foreign companies, as well as from the Swiss Confederation, to which he is a consultant.
He assists individuals and companies in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, and has also gained a high level of professional experience in extrajudicial and pre-litigation matters.
He is a trusted lawyer at the Consulate General of Switzerland in Milan.
He is the president of the Associazione Gazzetta Svizzera (www.gazzettasvizzera.org) which publishes, with the support of the Swiss government, a monthly information magazine for Swiss residents in Italy.
