The transmitted data will not be in any way given or transferred, for any reason, to any third party, unless with the prior and express consent of the data subject involved.
Way of providing the requested data
The way of providing the requested data is voluntary. The same data are however necessary to calculate the estimate, to fulfill the mandate received and for tax compliance. In the absence of providing the requested data is therefore not possible to carry out any activity in favor of the applicant. By sending a request in the “Online Legal Advice” form, the subject involved consents to the processing of data contained therein according to the modality explained in the previous paragraph.

The above-mentioned acquisition, which takes place only for statistical purposes or to supervise the proper functioning of the site, has no commercial purposes, nor is in any way aimed to identify the user and is performed through server-side technologies, managed and administered by the data controller.
